“Plantation Histories and the University” at Virginia Tech

A panel of speakers will lead “Plantation Histories and the University: Rethinking the Past During Virginia Tech’s 150th,” a webinar to discuss the intertwined histories of the Virginia Tech campus, including Solitude and Smithfield plantations—and how those histories are being reimagined ahead of the university’s 150th anniversary.
