Pay DHR via ACH Transfer

To pay DHR by electronic funds transfer, complete this form. DHR fiscal staff will send an ACH Authorization Letter with the agency’s Electronic Receipts Processing (ERP) information and instructions.

Payment with ACH is only available to companies and not individuals due to regulations of the Department of Treasury. Alternatively, payments may be made to DHR via check.
